In 2024 we finalised the development of the Alcon Maddox proprietary sales methodology, the 4SALE Framework™. Using a blend of value-based selling and customer centricity, the major focus of the 4SALE Framework™ is how to hold effective discovery conversations.

 

Traditional sales training has focused on qualifying prospects often resulting in a pipeline full of qualified prospects that a salesperson struggles to get over the line. Our 4SALE Framework™ gives salespeople an acute awareness of the pivotal role the client discovery plays in the sales process. Participants develop a greater understanding of how to set-up and hold an effective discovery session, and how to employ the insights derived from such a discovery session to secure a sale.
 

The customer centric approach of the 4SALE Framework™ builds the sales framework around the customer focusing on the three elements they need to be sold on before they are willing to buy - participants will leave the workshop having fine-tuned prospecting, questioning and objection handling, thereby increasing win rates, closing ratios and deal sizes overall.
